When I look back on my journey in fitness, I see a story of passion, perseverance, and connection. Fitness has been a major part of my life for almost 13 years, shaping who I am both physically and mentally. It’s taught me resilience, self-discipline, and the power of showing up for myself every day. But alongside my love for fitness, there has always been another part of me that lights up my soul: my love for animals.
